The building was very healthy, it was completely emptied. We kept the concrete structure and the frame which we sanded. The facades were insulated and clad in heat-treated spruce cladding (Mélèze Montagne from Lallliard).

Moldings were added to give body to this facade. For the same reason and for a delicate search for sophistication, the balcony railings were made with vertical palines and slab edge cladding decorated with traditional Savoyard motifs.
