The work on this somewhat exceptional space took place at a no less exceptional time, that of the 2020 confinement due to Covid 19. While the country was going through a difficult period, when the roads of Savoie were empty, like the village, our team of courageous carpenters, accompanied by plumbers from the Pillet company and electricians from the Konnect.It company, began the work on Monday March 23, 2020. In a sufficiently surreal atmosphere (so that we remember it), they carried out the demolition of the restaurant, the partitions with their incorporations, then the carpentry whose volume, view, light and location are remarkable.
